Saturday night crowd was blessed!

Great shoe give away!

Thanks to all the volunteers from Bridge Bible Church in serving as "personal hosts" for all the 471 new pair of shoes that were given to our clients. The Bridge conducted a "Barefoot Sunday" service a couple of weeks ago and each person attending was asked to wear a new pair of shoes and leave them at the altar at the conclusion of the service. Over 1000 pairs of new shoes were donated to Flood. Today we were also able to bless several recovery homes and the Rescue Mission with shoes!

Another group of the Bridge provided our meal this past Saturday night. 744 Sloppy Joes were served! We had the largest group ever for Flood with over 500 on the Garden Community campus, over 75 kids in our kids program.

Pastor Eric Simpson from the Bridge preached from Isaiah 52:7 " How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the good news." Many received prayer at the conclusion.

All of us at Flood want to express our deepest gratitude to all our volunteers who made this past Saturday night truly an experience that did transform lives through expressing and demonstrating the love of Jesus!
